Released on the 21st, the “CPC Central Committee on further deepening the reform in a comprehensive manner, promote Chinese-style modernization decision” to deepen the reform of the ecological civilization system has been deployed, proposed to improve the mechanism of green and low-carbon development.
The decision puts forward focusing on building a beautiful China, accelerating the overall green transformation of economic and social development, improving the ecological and environmental governance system, promoting ecological priority, conservation and intensification, green and low-carbon development, and promoting the harmonious coexistence of man and nature.
Mou Xin, General Manager of MAROHN TKE North Region, was invited to attend and give a keynote speech. With the development of the times, people, society and the environment are becoming more and more closely connected. In order to cope with the diversified challenges in the world, Mann-Rom Elevator focuses on business development in parallel with corporate responsibility, and formulates long-term sustainable development goals: practicing the Industry 4.0 standard, saving energy and reducing emissions, building digital green factories, and helping to realize the “dual-carbon” goal in China; encouraging employees to participate in volunteer service, and practicing the “dual-carbon” goal. Employees are encouraged to participate in volunteer services to practice the concept of sustainable development and bring a positive impact on the elevator industry as a whole.

Relying on the German engineering technology inherited for a hundred years, Mann Rondisen continues to innovate in energy-saving elevator technology, reduces the impact of the products on the surrounding environment in the whole life cycle, adopts advanced machine-room-less technology, permanent magnet gearless technology, and possesses the capability of high-speed elevator research and development, manufacturing and testing. Low Carbon Environmental Protection

Double Carbon” is closely related to ‘Sustainability’. As a leading company in the elevator industry, Mannheim Tyson reduces production waste and increases reuse and recycling by improving processes and increasing the utilization of raw materials. For example, in terms of retrofitting, we consider retaining the use of old guide rails and components, and applying modular refurbishment solutions to update components or systems, and installing energy return devices to improve energy saving and consumption reduction in all aspects.

Energy Saving and Emission Reduction
Data shows that every 1 kWh of electricity saved is equivalent to 0.997 kg of carbon dioxide less emitted into the atmosphere.
Taking energy saving and consumption reduction as a traction, in 2015, the Lingang factory of Mann Rise Elevator comprehensively implemented energy saving measures, including updating LED lighting, adding sensors to control electrical switches, turning off lighting in unoccupied areas, etc., so that through the daily “little drops” of measures, more can be accumulated, helping to save energy and reduce carbon emissions.
In the future, MAROHN TKE will continue to increase its investment in innovation, base itself on China and serve the world, and bring smarter, energy-saving, low-carbon and green-carbon intelligent elevators to customers all over the world, so as to make every effort for the sustainable development of human beings and the earth!

On July 24th, at the 3rd International Green Zero-Carbon Festival and ESG Leadership Summit 2024 co-organized by Digital Central Public Welfare, the United Nations media and Digital Central Network in Beijing, MAROHN TKE successfully won the Double Carbon Exemplary Enterprise Award and the Sustainable Development Industry Model Award by virtue of its outstanding performance in intelligent energy saving, technological innovation, low carbon and environmental protection.
